Eric, a graduate of Loyola Law School has concentrated his practice on “wage law” for over 8 years. He has litigated cases in state and federal court and has authored several appellate briefs.

Eric is currently handling dozens of class actions regarding the failure to provide meal and rest breaks, overtime and other issues.

In addition to his time at work, Eric dedicates his time to several non-profit organizations. He advises them on both legal and other issues. As part of his desire to help out the disadvantaged, Eric donates his time to Bet Tzedek, a legal aid organization where he does pro bono legal work on behalf of garment workers who are paid less than minimum wage.

Charles Joseph has over fifteen years of experience practicing employment law. After seven years at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, in 1999 he founded Joseph, Herzfeld, Hester & Kirschenbaum LLP in order to dedicate his practice to the protection of workers’ rights. In this area, Charles has helped hundreds of wronged employees reach positive resolutions with their employers.
